Located in Port Melbourne, this role is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated, passionate and customer focused candidate to join a fun, friendly and ‘close knit’ team. The purpose of this role will be to provide superior customer service and sales support to clients with regards to various hardware and software option and to assist with the processing of sales orders. Your days will be busy and varied and will include: - Receiving calls from prospective and existing clients
- Providing prompt and accurate product and pricing information, including quotations (full training provided)
- Entering sales orders and liaising with clients with regard to stock availability & deliveries
- Logging all calls for service, support, maintenance and repair work promptly and accurately
- Handling and/or escalating customer complaints to the appropriate team member
- Attending and contributing to weekly Sales & Marketing meetings
- Preparing weekly reports
To secure this fantastic opportunity, you will ideally have: - Completed a Certificate or Diploma course in IT OR have a passion for furthering your career in the IT industry
- Excellent MS Office skills
- The ability to learn and absorb new information quickly
