Your duties will involve: 

• Enabling and executing the sales strategy for the bank’s Invoice Finance division 
• Development and implementation of a product management strategy to deliver growth, increase revenue and reduce costs
• Process and risk management  
• Performance measurement and review  
• Liaison with internal staff, including other product specialists, account managers, sales and credit staff,  
• Responsibility for bottom line results  
• Maintaining confidence and buy in from the sales team  
• Completion and delivery of major projects 

  A background in Banking and Cash Flow finance is essential and you will also have:  

• Strong business & commercial acumen around industry
• Strong influential and negotiation skills with key internal stakeholders (Credit & Product areas)
